don't our copper cookie cutters
have hems?

Our cutters are made from a sturdier
copper
than any other manufacturer, we don't need a
hem to
make our cutters stronger.

A hem will collect moisture and
food particles
that can be a breeding ground for hamrful bacteria.
Many states do not allow professional bakers
to use
cutters with hems for that reason.
