Need help with those intricate cookie cutters or designs
that stick to your dough?

Here's a great tip for cutting out cookies with cellophane (my husband figured this one out)

Wrap a pice of collophane around the cookie cutter.	Turn the cutter over and cut your dough!
Remove the cutter and peel off excess dough	The dough doesn't stick in the cutter and your dough is perfectly cut!
