| RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY:
To exchange cutters: Call for RMA number (888/593-2436) within 30 days of invoice date. Only exchanges will be authorized for unused and resaleable cutters. The RMA number MUST be prominently displayed on the front of the package and be received by Kitchen Collectables,Inc. within oneweek of date of issue. The original invoice must be included in return. Please note exchange selection clearly on invoice. Sorry, all other merchandise, baking supplies, and custom designs are CANELLED ORDERS: Refunds will be made in a timely manner minus a 15% service charge. |
Third Party Shipping If customers desire to use third party shipping sources they should notify us of their intentions to use their own shipper. The customer must contact their chosen shipper, make the arrangements for pickup, provide a completed airbill, and put it on their own account. If we are billed by the third party we will run an administration charge against the customer’s credit card on file and add charge of $30.00. In every case where we have compared our price to the “better” deal the customers think they are getting from their preferred shipper we are cheaper. We would prefer to use our normal vendor. It is both easier for us and cheaper for the customer. But when we must stop processing orders to research these third party billings it takes time away from servicing our current customers and cost KCI extra labor. It is neither fair to us or any of our customers. So I hope you can appreciate our efforts to control our labor expenses, provide quality service and quality products in these difficult times |

| Address correction charges from our shipper due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer will be charged to the customer's credit card. This can include but isn't limited to the lack of a suite number, floor number, or incorrect zip code. The customer will be charged only if the mistake is theirs. |
